MIVISA’s Human Resources Policy
is based on the attainment of a twofold objective:
-To harness the skills of Company personnel in order to obtain both individual
and collective benefits based on employee motivation.
-To develop clearly identified individual career paths
Training
MIVISA believes that employee training
is a key issue within the priorities established by the Human
Resources Department. This concern has been met through the
various training courses run during 2003, which were attended
by some 970 MIVISA employees. These courses were partly funded
by the Tripartite Foundation for On-the-Job Training.
We believe in our people
The proof of the Company’s confidence
in our team is its gradual growth, contributing year by year
to job creation. The outcome has been the creation of over
750 new jobs in MIVISA over the past five years. |
